Hamlin Place offers off-street parking to tenants who still need to utilize their cars for transportation.

Hamlin Place has balconies / patios for the majority of the building which allows tenants to enjoy sunsets over Lake Union.

We offer a secured, on-site laundry facility which includes three washers and three dryers.  This removes the hassle of having to travel to a laundromat. 

We also offer storage lockers (first come first serve) to tenants who are interested.  The lockers are behind two very secure doors with fencing to keep possessions safe.
